This photo is presumably of Dr. Sazonov.
Transcript of the audio file.
The original audio is Russian.
"How many girls will you need?"
"To start—ten. To confirm reproducibility."
"Listen, we’re on the verge of the greatest discovery...
Isn’t that worth a little... bending of ethical frameworks?"
"Yes,It’s worth it."
A recovered audio fragment. Two male voices discuss the number of women required for the initial trials. One questions whether the scientific breakthrough is worth "breaking ethical boundaries". The other responds: "Boundaries are for those who can't afford the result." The original source of this recording is unknown.
This voice will appear more than once in the archive. Cross-analysis with other recordings suggests the speaker is Dr. Sazonov — now the chief biotechnologist at EON.
In his past: a Soviet scientist involved in the development of chemical warfare agents (the «Novichok» class). During the Cuban Missile Crisis, he created a «fear vaccine» for Cuban soldiers — a drug that suppressed the instinct of self-preservation.
Back then, he was looking for better ways to kill. Now — to extend life at any cost.
As long as the corporation pays, Sazonov carefully, line by line, fills his notebooks. This time — not with death, but with the pursuit of infinite life. The question is: where is the line between medicine and weapon? And did he cross it long ago?
