FILE №002. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE «MALACHITE» PROGRAM
Internal EON memorandum, dated ██ years prior to the incident. The document reveals how the recruitment program was disguised as a medical trial and charitable foundation. «Compensation» is not money — it is a system of control. «Lifelong care» is a euphemism; its exact meaning has been deleted from all copies except one, stored on a secure server.

When I first found this file, I thought it was a standard corporate directive. Then I saw the age requirements. The missing sections. The phrase «lifelong care». EON wasn't running a charity. They were building a supply chain. This memo is the blueprint.
